Details: Madden's Resort is hosting a Family Oktoberfest on Sunday, September 15, from 1-3 PM, open to both resort guests and the general public. Tickets are $25 for adults and $15 for children. The event features German-inspired lunch options and a variety of fun activities, including a stein holding contest, beer mile run, Bavarian hat making, pretzel necklaces, and a costume contest. Details: Lakes Tavern is hosting Lakestober Fest on Saturday, October 5th, featuring outdoor music and a BBQ festival. The gates will open at 1:30 PM, with a $20 entry fee. The music lineup includes King’s Ransom at 2:00 PM, P.K. Mayo and Band at 4:00 PM, and Lisa Wenger and The Mean Mean Men at 6:00 PM. A full outdoor bar will be available, and BBQ is included with the entry fee. Donations to the Pequot Lakes Fire Department are appreciated.
