Ice Fest 2024 in Breezy Point: (Recap)
Last week, we had a fun time at the Ice Fest in Breezy Point. Despite a few events being canceled due to safety concerns with the ice thickness, we enjoyed wandering around Breezy Point Resort, witnessing kids play ice hockey, warming up by the bonfire on the shoreline, watching the horse carriage rides go by, and engaging in delightful conversations with locals and visitors. Our night concluded with a satisfying meal at Commanders and JJ’s Pub, where we tried their Commander Garbage Pizza (Pepperoni, Canadian Bacon, Sausage, Onion, Mushroom, Green Pepper, Green Olives, Cheese!). Oh, and we couldn't resist listening to the entertaining live music (Them Pesky Kids) at Commanders!
